    What is the duration of your wellness retreats or workshops?

    My Wellness Immersions vary in length, from day-long workshops to weekend or week-long retreats. Each is designed to provide a deep dive into specific themes like mindfulness, yoga, self-care, or personal growth. Upcoming retreat details are provided ahead of time so you can choose what fits your schedule best.

    Do you offer in-person sessions or events?

    Yes! I offer both in-person and online sessions. Workshops and retreats may be held in-person or virtually, depending on the event. I currently host in-person events at select locations and private sessions in person by appointment.

    What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a small fee may apply, and if a session is missed without notice, it will be forfeited.
